Clients We Treat
Do you see all ages?
We see women ages 18 and above.
Do you provide therapy?
We focus on medication management and incorporate supportive psychotherapy during your appointments.
Will you work with my therapist/other provider?
Absolutely! We would love to collaborate with your whole treatment team. If you have an established provider (i.e. therapist, dietitian, physician) you want us to coordinate your care with, you will need to fill out a release of information at your appointment.
Can I talk to my provider outside of my appointment?
We ask that you make an appointment to speak with your provider. You can send messages outside of appointments; however, more extensive concerns/questions should be asked during appointments. We do not make medication changes outside of appointments. Refill requests can be made through your pharmacy. We are not a crisis resource – please seek urgent care or the emergency room for a crisis. Please make an appointment if you have concerns that need to be discussed at length.

Do you diagnose autism or developmental disabilities?
We do not provide evaluations for autism spectrum disorder or developmental disabilities. A neuropsychological evaluation with a developmental physician or psychologist is the best option for autism diagnoses or for diagnosing learning disabilities or dyslexia. However, we have experience with medication management with folks who have autism and/or delays.
Do you treat eating disorders?
Yes, please note, if you have an eating disorder you may be required to have an outpatient team established to continue working with your provider (such as a therapist, dietitian and PCP that you meet with regularly). We can help provide referrals to build your outpatient team.
Do you diagnose ADHD?
Yes, we can diagnose and treat Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD).
Do you treat substance use disorders?
We do not work with substance use disorders at this time.
Medications
What if I can’t afford medications?
We are very familiar with prices of medications and can help you use services such as GoodRX, the Mark Cuban Pharmacy, and other means to save money on prescriptions. We can work together to find an affordable solution. Just let us know if that’s a concern!
What if I run out of meds before my appointment?
Refill requests should be made through your pharmacy. Exceptions do exist such as for frequently missed appointments, not obtaining necessary labs, or controlled substances. We require an appointment on file in order to send any refills and for all payments to either be complete, or a payment plan to be in place.
Paperwork / Records
Do you provide FMLA/LOA paperwork?
This is up to our discretion and the length of time you have worked with them. No FMLA/LOA paperwork will be completed on the first appointment. PLEASE check with the provider of your paperwork to ensure that a nurse practitioner is sufficient PRIOR to asking us to fill it out. This is solely your responsibility. There is a small fee for paperwork.
What if I need a copy of my records?
Sure, let us know in advance. Medical record requests should be in writing to our email and will be sent within 30 days. We do charge an administrative fee for a medical record request.
Appointment Policies
Does my appointment have to have video or can I do a phone call?
Yes, in order to evaluate and treat you, it is very important to be able to have video during your telehealth sessions. If you will be away from video services you need to cancel your appointment at least 48 hours in advance.
How do I reschedule/cancel my appointment?
Call or text the office to reschedule or cancel your appointment, 48 hours prior to your appointment time.
What is a “no show” and why did I get a fee?
A “no show” is defined as not attending your appointment, a cancellation under 48 hours prior to your appointment time, and/or arriving to your appointment 10 or more minutes late. If there are technical difficulties or other things causing a delay, call the office.
